We are pleased to share with you the announcement of the merger of our parent company, BE&K, Inc., with KBR, a U.S.-based construction company headquartered in Houston, Texas. KBR has tremendous financial resources, relationships and a commitment to being a dominant force in U.S. construction. This is a great combination of companies with complementary operations and geographic portfolios. Our parent now has an even larger, financially strong parent behind it and we are beneficiaries. Interestingly, both our company and KBR have roots dating back more than 100 years.
