The Building Group continues to be at the forefront when it comes to applying technology through a collaborative team approach that makes the construction process most effective. The tool gives all team members, including the owner, a clear vision of their project from concept to completion.

In the preconstruction phase we are able to obtain critical information early from the computer model that provides us with a clearer understanding of the design intent. BIM significantly accelerates the estimating process, leading to expeditious decision-making and ultimately a higher quality building program as well as an increased return on investment for the owner.

As the design of the building evolves, clash detection analysis helps identify potential problem areas and prevents costly change orders and rework in the field. BIM’s powerful visualization capabilities extend beyond design into construction, enabling us to provide subcontractors with 3D imagery to assist in defining complex scope items.
